My report is completed not only thanks to my efforts but also with many people to whom I would like to express my deep and sincere gratitude.

Firstly, I would like to express my warm and sincere thanks to my supervisor, Ms Nguyen Thi Phong Lan, a lecturer of Faculty of Foreign Languages, National Economics University for her continuous support of my study and research, her great efforts to explain things clearly and simply, for her corrections, comments, criticism, suggestions during the process of report.
