ABSTRACT

Brain drain, a troublesome issue has been subverting in many parts of the world including Vietnam. In Vietnam, one of its symptoms is the departure of skilled labor from the public sector to the private. A lot of reasons for brain drain have been found out in articles, of which low job satisfaction has been a core reason.
