Besides, in the trend of the world economic integration, most of Vietnamese enterprises have expressed surprise and confusion when facing with the changes of the business environment.

Therefore, enterprises need to plan and deploy a planning tool effectively and flexibly to face with the changes of business environment. Business strategy does not aim to solve a specific problem in details as a plan that it is built on foundation of analyzing and predicting the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the business. Doing this well will help businesses have a general view of themselves as well as the external

business environment in order to set up the strategic objectives, policies, solutions and implement them successfully.

Base on recognizing the importance of analyzing the internal and external environment of Vietnamese enterprises. During practicing and researching at Hanoi food limited company, I saw that the analysis of developing market strategy in the company gained certain achievements. However, this strategic management model is still new to Vietnamese enterprises in general, Hanoi food limited company in particular, and the limits are inevitable. Therefore, I have chosen topic for my graduation paper is “TOWS analysis market development strategy of Hanoi food limited company”.

           The actual situation in the recent time shows that the majority of Vietnamese trading enterprises are too passive in planning market development strategies without flexibly applying TOWS model, causing great damage for themselves as well as the trading system. In contrast, many enterprises have been aware of the situation very early and correctly determined the important role of the TOWS analysis, market development strategy by
