Marketing is the business function that identifies customer needs and wants; determines which target markets the organization can serve the best; and designs appropriate products, services, and programs to serve these markets. Therefore, in order to properly meet the demand of the target market, it is necessary for a company to create and develop an effective marketing strategy.

This report will focus on this subject with the main three purposes. Firstly, it analyzes the demand of teaching English for kids in Hanoi market with a snapshot of this market and the demand and characteristics of three subjects: nursery schools, kids’ parents and kids. Secondly, it investigates the current marketing strategy of DESTI Joint Stock Company to meet the demand of market with concentration on marketing mix of seven Ps (program; place; price; promotion (advertising, sales promotion); process (registering and managing process, tests and certificates, teaching methods; physical facilities and people). Finally, there are some personal recommendations given to enhance the company’s marketing strategy such as: improve the content of textbook; diversify the distribution channel; develop more PR activities and sales promotion for kids’ parents and create more motivation for staff.

On the basis of these findings, it is hoped that the company can attract more learner by applying some recommended marketing activites to improve its effectiveness in meeting market demand, hence, it can get more success in the future and occupy a stable position in the market.
