Abstract

Environment nowadays is the most considerable problem of human being. The number of news about environment increases day by day. However, the government and corresponding offices cannot handle all environmental problems, because of the lack of capability. The perception of each person is the key factor but it is hard to propagate the importance of environment to community worldwide.

The rapid development of information and communication technology enables the solutions to the hot environmental problems around the world.Our thesis describes our approach to use latest technologies to solve problem, combine Geography Information System (GIS) and web - based system to build an online social network in order to enable community to join in notifying the environment violation.

GreenPeace may contribute the valuable information channel about environment to support the government and corresponding offices to collect all environment problems from community, thus has the right policy to react and propagate worldwide.
