ABSTRACT

      Bank is one of the financial institutions providing the most important mobilized capital for enterprises, and it is an important channel in the macroeconomic policy of the Government.

      When markets become more effective with the development of technology, customers tend to find new methods of credit and payment, this requires banks to raise competitive ability to integrate deeper and more effectiveness.

      Facing with competition from other banks, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Thanh Xuan Branch has been actively seeking and implementing possible measures to improve its effectiveness of capital use and attract more customers. In addition to achievements, there are still limitations in the bank’s capital use.

     The topic “Solutions to improve the effectiveness of capital use at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Thanh Xuan Branch ” aims at studying the current situation of capital use of Agribank - Thanh Xuan Branch, thus suggesting solutions to improve the effectiveness of capital use.

      The structure of the study includes 3 parts as follows:

·        Chapter 1: Introduction

·        Chapter 2: Methodology and findings

·        Chapter 3: Conclusions and recommendations
